Losing my mind

Trying to find a studio/1 bed in Houston that doesn’t have roaches, pests, or water damage is SO hard. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I am at my last month and I need to move quick! Note: not sure if I should post elsewhere but ty in advance!
