Los Perros on Washington

Is it open again? I've checked the Google reviews and there's one as recent as this week. I know they had closed the food truck for over a year over staff shortage and I tried doing an Uber eats from them a few weeks back when I saw a more recent review only for Uber to never send the food. I've also called them to no avail. Anyone know if it's back? (Richmond location too far)
