Los Angeles real estate firm buys into Texas market with Houston-area business park

Los Angeles, California-based Rising Realty Partners has acquired Commerce Center Stafford, a 16-building, 245,495-square-foot business park, its first property in Texas.

The company closed on the deal earlier this week, Rising Realty Partners co-founder and CEO Christopher Rising said. Charlie Strauss, Trent Agnew, Katherine Miller and Jack Moody of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller in the transaction.
