loose monkeys in sharpstown?

Theres a neighborhood in sharpstown (the one w sharpstown international and st francis d sales) that i believe has loose monkeys. I went to middlescool there and vaguely remember hearing the rumors of monkeys in the neighborhood. A couple of days ago while walking my dog i THOUGHT i saw one. I wasnt the only one though, my dog saw something too. What with tigers and alligators being kept as pets and escaping i refuse to think im crazy. Anyone else have seen or heard something about these monkeys?
