Looks like Texans win the division with a win against Dolphins and a Colts loss

If I am going about this the right way,then in Week 15,if the Texans beat the Dolphins,and the Colts lose to the Broncos,then Texans win the division,this securing them a playoff spot. Although,the Colts can catch up to them in conference record,they can't catch up to them in division record. Besides,Texans already have the tie-breaker by sweeping them.

Won't Texans also have home field advantage? Don't the top 4 playoff seeds belong to division winners?
