Looking to start a popup food vendor business and looking for tips.
Hello Houston! I've been making BBQ for years and with the current climate of the job market, I've decided to try my hands at doing pop ups at local markets. The issue is that I've never worked in the restaurant business.
Is there anyone on here with experience doing pop ups at markets that could help me in finding out what types of permits and licenses I would need? The internet has a vast variety of info, but it would be awesome to talk to someone with experience!
