looking to rent a room asap

i’ve been trying to catch up on bills and i haven’t been able to make ends meet. i lost a good job last month because of harassment. i couldn’t pay full rent for july but got an extension, still can’t make up for the remainder. now im facing eviction. any guidance helps. thank you. i work downtown so anything relatively close to that area is ideal. again, thank you. i can afford 500/month as of now.
