Looking to pay someone to check on a property for me and relay information and pictures to me

I have a Houston property in the family and need to check on its current condition. (Location is noted in map). I'm out of state at the moment and am unable to do it myself. Willing to Venmo someone $40 to check on a house right in the area that is highlighted on the map. I'd like a few pictures and for you to just tell me the current state that it looks like it's in compared to neighboring homes.

The original owners have since passed away and one of the older daughters in her 50s supposedly lives there and has been paying the property tax as the mortgage has already been paid off awhile ago. There will be a forced partition sale and we haven't been able to get in touch with her via phone. I have a one page simple letter that you can print out to give to her after knocking on the door to see if she answers. (worst case, maybe just attach to door or place in underpart of mailbox or something). The letter is essentially giving her our phone number and asking her to contact my wife & I. Venmo can be half up front and half after you send a few pics proving you went there to complete the request. 📷 If interested, let me know and I can DM you.
