Looking to buy tickets

Ravens fan here hoping y’all can possibly help me out. I’m nervous about buying tickets from Ticketmaster due to the whole Coronavirus situation. I was hoping to buy tickets for the Ravens vs Texans game from the box office directly because I heard that they would be giving full refunds if they don’t allow fans in.

Do any of y’all know if the Box Office has started selling individual tickets for that game or your season games in general? Any help is really appreciated. Hope y’all have a great season and screw Bob. Oh and screw the colts, jags, and especially f**k the Titans.
