Looking for youtube videos of a couple guys that used to go to city council meetings 15 or so years ago claiming to be royalty and other weird stuff.

Hey folks, I'm pretty sure it was Houston's city council meetings, though I'm not certain. But there were a couple of guys that showed up at meetings claiming to be royalty and maybe talking about aliens.

I know, a lot of wild people evidently show up at council meetings, but this actually got quite a bit of attention. At the time, I was living up in Lubbock and it made the rounds up there. As I remember, there were quite a few videos of those guys.
