Looking for the name of a cajun fast food restaurant from the 80s and 90s.

My dad is trying to remember the name of a cajun fast food restaurant in Houston. There were several branches, one was just next to the Astrodome. He says they were a direct competitor to Popeyes, and he thinks the name was 2 words.

Not Churches, Frenchys, Hartz, Raging Cajun, or Grandy's.

Any idea what it was?
