looking for tea/brunch places

hi everybody, i usually go to proper rose garden to hangout with my friends but they're closing down Sunday and I'm having trouble finding places like proper rose garden, i was wondering if anybody knows any place like it or at least lets you chill and hang out that sells loose tea and desserts in the katy area
