Looking for suggestions on the best place to get a little girls ears pierced.

My little girl, 9, would like her ears pierced. We just found out that her pedi won’t do it. I really don’t want to take her to the mall for this. I got my last piercing by Mickey at Sacred Heart back in the day. Any one know where he is now or have someone they recommend? We are in the Clear Lake area but willing to drive around Greater Houston for the right person.
