Looking for someone who does simple body work

I swiped a pole while parking a while back.

I took it to several auto body shops and they quoted $600+

I just need it to look passable so I'm hoping to pay under $250. I know that's low but I really just need the dent pulled and buffed out. I live near katy but I can take it anywhere.
