Looking for someone who can do fades and work with scissors

Hey, so I’ve been wanting to get a haircut for a while now but don’t know where to go as I want someone who knows how to do fades and is good with scissors. I basically want a low taper with medium layered/textured hair on top. Does anyone know a good barber that can do both? Or a hair salon?
