Looking for someone traveling to China soon or during the holidays

I want to send a very small gift to a friend in China but shipping is very expensive! ($90). I was thinking if I find someone traveling to mainland China soon I can give them the envelope and then they can ship it locally once over there. I'd be willing to give $30 bucks + the price of the postage if someone is interested. Nobody seems to be travelling to China right now but it doesn't hurt to try
