Looking for someone to take over my apartment lease

I have been searching for a job for majority of the year and I was finally offered an opportunity that is unfortunately in another state. I don't want to put myself into a deeper financial hole trying to get out of my lease. My lease is up November 8th and my complex is called the Viridian Design District. It's in the 610 loop and has great access to the interstate. I'm looking for someone that might be interested in taking over my lease. I would really really like to take this new job opportunity.
