Looking for Small Convenience Store Chain

Hey ya’ll, This might sound like a weird request but I’m doing a project for school and I need to find a small convenience store chain in Houston. It needs to have more than two stores but not a great big national chain (no 7/11s, no Casey/Bucky’s, etc). Anyone have any recommendations?
