Looking for Roommate

Hi I'm a 23 y/o Male looking for a roommate next year in Montrose/Midtown/Downtown/ Heights area. Haven't signed my lease yet. I work from home 3 days a week. Willing to sign somewhere that's around $3100 max combined for both of us. I mostly spend my time golfing or working out and am decently clean.
