Looking For Recommendations On Houston Area Culinary Classes

I'd say I have a decent base of home amateur cooking competency, but would like to up my game several levels. I think it is important to clarify I'm not wanting to pursue a professional culinary career, but not opposed to traditional programs if there is something that would be beneficial.

I'm open to styles, but since it is not something I would do professional it would prefer something that is not going to spend much time on service, management, etc.

I know how to use Google and search for schools… but would really like to hear from people in the Reddit community who have gone through these programs / classes and what your thought are in regards to value, quality, timing, etc.
