Looking for recommendations in Houston for a new hair stylist who does a good job on blonde hair and who doesn’t cost an arm and a leg

My current hair stylists rates have skyrocketed over the last few years and is now charging $350 for a cut and balayage. Do you have any recommendations for salons/stylists that cost less that $200 for a cut and highlights?
