Looking for recommendations for solid waste pickup for business. Republic Services and GFL have just been horrid. Missed pickup and illegal dumping.

Is there a trash service that is actually responsive and picks up solid waste as scheduled?

The business that moved out before us had GFL and they forwarded their bill to us. Never came on schedule and kept billing us. Finally when they came to pickup their container after requested cancellation, our cameras caught them dumping the trash from their container into our new container with a different service. GFL had the audacity to continue billing us after their container was removed, until I threatened to send the video clip of them illegally dumping to the local news.

Then Republic Services switched up person of contact on us. No one answering our emails for missed pickup. Automated messages saying they will come today for a missed pickup and nothing. Billing has never lapsed. Meanwhile trash is piling up.
