Looking for recommendations for cool/unusual performance venues

Hi all! I'm looking for recommendations for unconventional, cool, unique, etc. places that would be good to host a classical or acoustic concert. Think along the lines of string quartets, a chamber choir, or smallish groups of acoustic performers. Existing performance halls are fine, but I'm also thinking of places like galleries, libraries, historical buildings, or any other cool place with good acoustics. I'm not a Houston native, so I need recs from the experts! Thanks!
