Looking for recommendations for a real estate agent (East Houston)

Hey everyone! First time home buyer here! Looking to purchase east Houston area (EADO-Channelview). Lender referred me to a realtor but this person isn’t a good fit. They take forever to respond and I have to initiate conversation which to me are red flags.
