looking for ramen restaurant suggestions: traditional or modern twist?
I'm looking for a great ramen place when I come to visit Houston. I am more likely looking for Japanese ramen but I might be open to other forms. I'd be curious about the most authentic traditional ramen versus maybe the best fusion modern twist form of ramen. if you could also let me know how much roughky to expect to spend for two people with no alcohol included, that would also be very helpful.
any suggestions? thanks in advance.
