Looking for Low-income Assisted Living

Hi, I have a friend who is disabled and needs to move quickly. She is on disability and while she can care for herself with the help of a home health aide, I wanted to see if there are any assisted living facilities specifically for low income folks. Does anyone know of any in Houston or any place I could potentially contact to check out?
