Looking for local data recovery

I have a WD external hard drive that spools but will not mount to any of my machines. I opened the casing and this version doesn't have any kind of SATA in that I'm familiar with. It is a USB3 on the board.
Hoping to find someone local that might be able to help me recover my files. My other option is to purchase a second drive and swap the boards so I can access the drive.
