Looking for Legal document preparation recommendation

Wanting to file an adult adoption for my husband to adopt my biological child who is an adult. Can anyone recommend anyone to just prepare the documents? I plan on doing the rest without a lawyer as it is pretty much straight forward just need help with the court paperwork. Thank you for any information.
