Looking for insight into these apartments | Modera Flats and Elan Med Center

I'm moving to Houston soon to start a job at TMC in August. I've visited Elan Med Center and Modera Flats and loved both. I'm looking for insight from residents of either complex that can tell why or why not to move there

I've read reviews, but they are all over the place. I'm indecisive and I think hearing opinions from real residents would better help me make a decision 🙂
