Looking for info on Utility Bills

Me and my friend are considering moving to Houston (specifically Sugar Land or Stafford)

And i was just curious on what the average Water, Electric, and Gas bills are?

We're trying to figure out how much we can afford in rent per month with these three bills
(note this is both of ours first time moving out, we're not very knowledgeable)
