Looking for info on old closed down theaters in SW Houston

Hi, I’m trying to find the names of old theaters that closed down in SW Houston. Had a conversation with an old friend and we were just trying to remember stuff from our childhood. (1990s)

I remember a theater being near 59 and The Meadows. It closed down in the 90s. Not the Fountains (which I’m pretty sure is still open.)

I think I recall going to a theater on Beechnut and Guesner. Not much else about it.

I did remember the Dunvale AMC Studio 30 which closed in 2020 🙁

I also remember going to a theater somewhere in the area that had an escalator. Saw Congo there, don’t remember much else about it though.

I’m hoping my fellow Houstonians have better memory than me, information, or best case scenario pictures / video.
