Looking for help with a tricky situation

Hello! Someone I know is likely pregnant despite having an IUD. Her doctor was someone she trusted to not report it given the fact the state is spiraling towards the Handmaidens Tale, but is suddenly no longer at the practice and she can’t find where she went.

Does anybody know of a doctor or clinic that can give her an ultrasound to make sure it’s not ectopic or life threatening but not report the pregnancy?
