Looking for help getting work in the plants, because work isn’t enough, it’s who you know.

So I’ve been working as a contractor for the plants most of my life with the goal of getting into operation. PTech degree, a well rounded resume, certifications and still nothing. Just need someone to point me in the right direction. If anyone can help I’ll be more than welcome to send my resume over.
