Looking for great seafood places for my birthday (North,Northwest,or West side)

Hello! Basically the title, I LOVE seafood and would love some suggestions from locals. I’m from Cypress/1960 area but unfortunately can’t drive far. (Downtown is fine, but Galvy and southeast side is a no go.)

Also needs to be exercising COVID precautions (spaced tables or outside space) if not I will have to take out or go elsewhere.
