Looking for good Chinese buffet.

Can anyone recommend a good Chinese buffet in houston that isn't hibachi grill? I haven't been to a buffet better than hibachi, but I'm relatively new to Houston. And can't help but think there's a Chinese buffet that has better quality/selection.
