Looking For Free Veterinary Services

Does anyone know of any free or payment plan vet services in Houston? My cat has a history of urinary blockages, and is in need of PU surgery. I’m not able to take out a loan or open a line of credit, and don’t get paid until the end of the month. I’m open to all options, including if anyone knows of veterinary schools able to perform the surgery for free or a payment plan.
