Looking for driving school/teacher for manual transmission

I’ve looked through the sub and wrote to ppl who posted in the past about driving lessons for manual cars and so far no responses. Also tried emailing a few schools. I know how to drive a manual and even have my own car, but have never driven on the highway. Just looking for a school or teacher for 3 or so hours of practice. I know that with everything happening right now this might be a very long shot, but if anyone has any recommendations, I would appreciate it.
