Looking for craft stores that sells crepe paper sheets

I’ve recently gotten into making crepe paper flowers, however I cannot find supplies I need in any craft stores that sell crepe paper sheets (not the party rolls) in-person. JoAnn’s, Hobby Lobby, or Michael’s don’t sell them. Yes, I can buy it online but I’d rather buy it in person to actually see the color, thickness, etc. Are there any craft stores in Houston that sell them and have a good selection, particularly Italian crepe paper?
