Looking for Chinese BBQ Skewer Food Trucks

I'm having a weird craving for Chinese BBQ Skewers…the restaurants I've found didn't really hit the spot for me, so I was wondering if anybody knew of them served from a food truck.

It's just skewered beef or chicken but the seasonings make it so delicious!

Maybe the trucks don't exist, or I don't know where to look.
