Looking for catering business from the ’90s

This is a long shot but here goes. I'm looking for the name of a catering business/small restaurant that did a lot of catering for Compaq Computer Company in the 1990's. The Consumer Marketing group and the conference center ordered from them quite a bit before the on-site cafeteria was built. Two of their more popular items were a "Village Salad" and a pasta dish with chicken and pinenuts. They were the owner/chef's recipes. At one time I had them but can no longer locate them in my recipes. I believe their small restaurant was on Long Point or somewhere in Spring Branch. Does anyone have any clues? Thanks in advance.
