Looking for BYOB event venue

A friend is looking to host an event next summer for around 40-50 guests. We want to have music, an open floor for dancing, and the ability to bring our own alcohol and hire a bartender to serve drinks.

Is this something that is possible? I’m not even sure where to begin looking. TIA!
