Looking for bulk bison (or similar)?

Hello! I’m from Australia and my dog has a very sensitive stomach, at home we feed her a single protein diet (kangaroo meat) – the closet meat is likely bison but mince is quite expensive in the grocery store. I’d like to buy in bulk and cook/freeze – any recommendations appreciated. Located north side of inner loop.
