Looking for bicycle tune up recommendations!

Essentially the title of the post. Live on the East End, have a bike about 10 years old. Gears are skipping just a tad too much, it needs a little TLC, and I don't have the time do figure it out on my own right now. More concerned about turnaround time than price. Prefer to keep it inside 610, and east side if possible, but open to other suggestions. Thanks in advance!
