Looking for Baby shower/ clubhouse rental facility!

Can anyone suggest a clubhouse or rental facility that isn't too large. I'm trying to have a small/medium baby shower with up to 50 people and our first clubhouse option isn't working out/no longer renting. Looking for anything in the middle, west, and north side of Houston.

Am willing to use restaurant party space if affordable. Under $400?

I'm getting desperate because I'm due in May😭.
