Looking for attorney- Statute of Limitations/Abuse – U visa

Good morning Looking to bring my uncle to Justice, he used to touch me inappropriately as a minor in BMT.

This occurred in Jefferson County in the early 2000, I heard that the statute of limitation for underage/minor is up to 30 years.

Where do I file suit? I live in Harris County. Any legal aid clinics that deal with this?

While it was going on they withheld my passport and I lost legal status because of them, all while I was a minor. Who can I talk to?
