Looking for attic door repair recommendations

Hey r/houston,

So yesterday I needed to go up in the attic to check something, and the frame around the attic door sagged pretty heavily to the point where it's almost completely separated from the ceiling and is about to fall off (https://imgur.com/lGrHHMv).

I honestly don't know what kind of professional can help with this, and I can't do it myself.

Do y'all have recommendations for who could fix this?

I'm potentially looking to replace the wooden stairs with heavier duty aluminum stairs too as well as adding attic tent insulation.
