Looking for apartment / ideal areas to rent in !!

Hi all! I’m looking to be in the houston area by the end of the month or early next month. I’m a 23 year old black woman and looking for a safe ish and affordable apartment but unsure of some of the areas. Could anyone recommend some areas that could be in or close to the houston area. My budget is $700-$900. I have heard of some places with utility packages or utilities included with rent so if anyone is aware of places with that? Any websites would help or if you know the apartment complex name that would help as well. Thank you !
