Looking for an OC

Suppose the rumors are true and the Texans fire Culley and his staff. I've been growing more fond of the idea of a defensive head coach, in particular Dennis Allen. Now I'm trying to think about OC candidates, while also bearing in mind we need to continue to develop Davis Mills and meet him where he is regardless of if he's the long term answer or not. How would you feel about giving the job to Jim Caldwell for OC? If not, who are some candidates you'd have in mind? (For the love of God please don't say Joe Brady or Jason Garrett)
