Looking for an in-home cook/ meal preppers
Hey everyone,
I have found it a struggle to juggle my dietary requirements for an active lifestyle with my work schedule. I am looking for an in-home cook for 2-3 days per week (MWF) that can prepare meals for the rest of the week.
- My bf is vegan
- He is looking for 175 grams of protein per day, at around 2100 calories. (very flexible with caloric requirements and can go anywhere from 2000-2600) He's been eating tons of tofu, lentils, and beans but wants more variety.
- We're not picky at all, but our only preference is to not eat salads. We will eat everything else
- Located within the loop near Memorial Park
- Our favorite dishes are tofu-based curries, stir fry, pastas, and rice-based dishes. I also enjoy Mexican cuisine.
- Anyone can DM me! College students, Nannas, housekeepers, meal preppers, culinary institute professionals etc. As long as you cook good food I got you!
What I'm looking for is someone that can shop for groceries, design a weekly menu, have me add or edit the dishes as needed, and can prepare meals for the week.
I am prepared to compensate a current student or recent graduate at around 200 per week, and will raise these rates accordingly for someone more experienced. Of course, I will also pay for all groceries and cooking materials as needed.
Another option is for someone who meal preps at their own home, and we can pick up meals every few days. Had terrible experiences with meal prep companies, so don't really want to go back to them. If there is a more formal process for connecting with a suitable candidate, please let me know. I'd love to partner with a talented home cook!
Thanks!
