Looking for an expert floor tile installer – not having any luck.

I'm in the middle of a significant renovation and ran into an issue that requires a skilled tile installer.

Short story: Have an approximately 5/8 inch elevation difference between one side of a room and the other, both sides meet the room with the same tile about 12 feet apart, and I need someone that can tile across the room (with the same tile) without requiring a transition. The tile is 9" x 36" rectified edge, 1mm grout line tile.

I need someone that understands how to use a construction/transit level and apply the measurements into a gradual slope and make it right. I don't want someone that "does tile on the side" or "has laid tile" – I want someone that does this for a living and knows how to solve the problem. I understand this is a specific request that requires craftsmanship, and expect to pay craftsmanship rates for the work. I'm not looking for a bargain or a deal, I just want it done right. If you know someone, or are someone that can do this, please let me know.

I appreciate that this borderlines on a classified ad, but due to the specific requirements I'm after, I'm hoping to get input from a broader group that may include referrals from others that have had work like this done.
